Beyond the Pale
Beyond the Pale is a crisp, dry, Provence-style rosé and is designed to work well with many types of foods. The grapes, from Boushey Vineyards in Yakima Valley, were whole-cluster pressed, fermented in stainless steel to maintain strong aromatics. This wine is aged three months on the lees before bottling.
Moxie is a balanced, food friendly wine, made with Syrah clone 174 grapes from Boushey Vineyards in Yakima Valley. This wine goes with just about everything: summer BBQ, grilled meats and fish to most winter comfort foods such as rich braised dishes, stewed fish and meats.
