2018 Beyond the Pale Rosé

Made in a Provence style, the grapes were whole-cluster pressed, fermented cool and slow in stainless steel to maintain strong aromatics. The wine was aged three months on the lees before bottling.

Beyond the Pale is a crisp, dry rosé, with complex aromas including limestone, cherry, strawberry, and nectarine. The palate is clean, fresh and delicate. This rosé is designed to work well with many types of foods.

2017 Moxie Syrah

Moxie Syrah has aromas of brambly blackberry and black cherry with underlying notes of clove and anise. Initially the wine is soft and supple, finishing with dried red fruits, black pepper and tobacco. When wine is closer to room temperature, the fine-grained, delicate tannins are exposed.

Designed to be food friendly, this wine goes with just about everything: from summer BBQ, grilled meats and fish to most winter comfort foods such as rich braised dishes, stewed fish and meats.
